Easier way of creating monthly recurring A/R invoice 2

Hello,

I'm using Accpac 5.6.
Every month we enter the exact same A/R invoices.
Is there a way I can set up a template and just post this template or are there any other easier ways then entering it in manually every time?
Only thing I can think of is importing an Excel template.

I don't seem to have an option Recurring Charges under A/R Customers.
 
First go to AR Setup Options, Processing and check the box labelled Process Recurring Charges under Processing Options.
Reopen the Accpac company and then you will see Recurring Charges under Customers.
 
Is it also possible to create an A/R invoice batch with multiple entries for different customers or would I have to import the invoices then?
