Our Easa phone kx-t 616 voicemail is not playing the main greeting when called. Instead it is playing the login greeting. It sounds like the system lost programming. Does anyone know where to get the programming manuals for the pbx and voicemail or how to recover the programming if possble? Thanks in advance.
