Earlier today I updated my Office 2000 files using Microsofts update page. I just recieved an email with an attachment with an .exe extention. Outlook has blocked access to the attachment. Does anyone know if it's possible to disable this function in Outlook. I send and receive lots of files with .exe extentions and others listed in the level-1 security list (new in the update).

Thanks, Ed.

Please refer to the following article:

You will have to make a registry change to your Level 1 attachments that you want to allow to come through Outlook. joegz
