Ear Pops

The end user wants an ear pop for the agent to hear (but not the caller) so they can identify where the call came from. If I add an announcement to the vector the caller will hear it to. I can't find how to do it so only the agent hears.

They're called VDN of Origin announcements (VOA or whisper announcement). They get assigned in the VDN.

Don't forget the COR of the agent ID needs to have the Hear VDN of Origin Annc.? set to Y

Thank you, I forgot it was at the VDN level and was looking for a step in the vector.
