Hi,

I've set up a VPN client/server test rig and currently trying to configure PPTP to work with EAP/certificates (PPTP works using CHAP). Unfortunately, everytime I try to open the PPTP connection a message stating the dialog cannot be openned because an appropiate certificate does not exist.

So, far I've tried most combinations of certificates, can anyone shed some light on my problem and/or perhaps suggest an appropiate certificate template to use (with associated parameters).

Thanks.

Oops, meant to say I was using Windows 2000 Server/Client!

Sorted....Select User Template, Exchange Key Usage, an appropiate CSP and key length. Hope that helps.
