I am trying to annotate a line using Cogo in Eagle Point and i want to be able to use the option of being to place text to the right or left of my annotation text when using annotating lines under the Cogo packacge under Eagle Point. If not an iead does anyone know od a website that i can go to and see what tips/techniques they offer?

You should be able to go Products/Drafting/Annotate/Lines and it will give the option of Along Line,By Leader, By Number. Hope this helps
