I have an Access database that I can run a report from. The report is output as a PDF. I choose parameters for the report, i.e. "Dues" or "Travel" or "Learning" and then the report is run.

When I choose "Dues" every entry in the report is duplicated. When I choose "Travel" or "Learning" the entries are not duplicated (which is correct).

How do I stop the entries for "Dues" from being duplicated?

Apparently the record source for your report contains something that is causing the issue. Perhaps there are two entries per person for dues. No one can determine this without seeing the Record Source SQL of your report and possibly some sample records.
