Each day at midnight, the cpu's are switched. on the new active CPU, the CNI is disabled.
i notice the following error:

**Warning attached group will be out of service**

CNI0012 CNIP 0 12 1:putting port into disabled mode.

This error is generated several times when any CPU is becoming active.

Note: i have option61c RLS 25.40B CP4.

Can someone help me.Thanks.

Disable the CNI card pull it out and put it back in,
( Reset it). Or take a new CNI and replace it see how that CNI handle it.

Check with your maint. vendor as well. I know Nortel had a problem with some of the newer CNIs shipped out, and they have a replacement bulletin for it. Sounds like the problem you are having.

if your cni is aa or ab vintage, replace it with an ac vintage card.
