Just found a new Podcast from Nortel that discusses the recently signed New and Emergency Technology for 911 Act as well as PBX Administrator liability concerns with NENA's Government Affairs Director, Patrick Halley.
(BTW, NENA refers to PBX systems as MLTS)

Great information, and hints at some National E911 Legislation in the closing comments. Interesting twist anddefinately worth a listen.
