E911 Partitioning

The partitions are set up in the ARS tables. Put the designated lines in the respective tables. I'm assuming you know why you are setting up the partitions, so put the extensions in the corresponding partitions. So far as night service, you just don't set up "night service" but you set it up to do a particular thing. It's under the night service options off the main menu.
