Hello all,

Having trouble calling 911 over our AT&T SIP connection. Currently, I have 911 and 933 entries in ARS as

Though when dialing, I get waiting for line each time. Other calls works, but having trouble with emergency calls.

Any thoughts?

Not sure if it makes any difference but I have the ""s in the shortcode, not the ARS table.

See below:

(Note I'm in Australia so your 911 is our 000)

Have you run a monitor trace to see what happens when you are dialing 911? It is very odd it works for all numbers but 911.

The truth is just an excuse for lack of imagination.

@tac84, I took your suggestions and dropped the ""s from ARS. Created a new entry under SIP URI and added a shortcode to the user account for 911. I was then able to dial 911. Next I have to get E911 location information to passover.
