I am getting this error E8653 Unable to retrieve data from the database. I have yet to see this one and low and behold was unable to locate this error anywhere on CA's site. Anyone see this before? It is occuring on an Exchange Full backup. (we are not doing brick level).....working on it now, but any suggestions are welcome!

this is the error message we received.

E8653 Failed to send data to database

when reran about 2 hours later

e8652 Failed to receive data from database

The diff. runs fine without error....any suggestions?
