E8608 Failed to Enumerate..(355) Exchange HrESEBackup Prepare failed

Still able to run a manual Info Store backup but it can't be healthy.

Only resource I have found is the Japanese CA site:
Arcserve2000 SP4 + cumulative exchange hotfix
