E8604 Failed to start backup

Hi guys here's the full error as i found it in the activity log. This one was generated for each individual mailbox i tried to backup.

E8604 Failed to start backup CDBNAME=\Individual mailboxes\"username" EC=Backup Agent Error --(10) "Received unsupported command"
