E8604 Failed to Start Backup !

Help please. I'm trying to locate how to fix the following error in ARCserve 2000 workgroup, V7 Build 1110.

"E8604 Failed to start backup (DBNAME=dbaexchis, EC=Backup Agent Error -- (331) "Insufficient privileges. Please check user privileges".)

I have check the job Detail and under the dbaexchis <Backup Agent> info there is a username set up but no password?

Where do I enter this password so that the backup will complete.

Any and all help appreciated.

select the job from in the queue, the Modify, the under source tab right click on the Exchange object for security, then resubmit the job back into the queue.
