E8604 error on ARCserver 2000 with Notes agent

I have error messages on ARCserver 2000 with Lotus Notes Agent, the environment is NT4 with SP6a.

Any help is appreciated

Hi, this isn't really an answer to your question but have you tried backing up the server without the notes agent. I use to back many notes servers, without using the notes agent. I used the open file agent and could restore databases, mail files fine with this.

Yep, the Notes Agent is based on OpenFiles Agent. But, if you want to browse the Notes databases in Arcserve by their real names (not the .nsf files), you need the LN agent...

have you checked the free disk space of the notes server?
and also the largest database/.nsf?

it should be: free disk space > largest .nsf
