E8603 Failed to write to database

Hi,

I have Exchange 2000 SP3, ArcServe Brightstore 9.0 on Win2k Server machines. I'm trying to restore the
Information Store in another machine for testing with Exchange 2000 SP3 and Win2k.
This machine is in another domain and has a different name, but the site and the organization
have the same name as the original machine. When I try to restore the Information Store
I get this message:

E8603 Failed to write to database (DBANAME=Primer grupo de almacenamiento\F:\Exchsrv\Public\pub1.edb, EC=SERVER_NAME:Backup Agent Error -- (1364) "Exchange Server Error. HrESERestoreAddDatabase failed. Dismount the database.)

The stores are dismounted and it is checked the option that can be overwriten...

Any ideas?

you might need to change thr account you are using for restore.
