Somebody know a solution? this message appear for a Oracle Server backup with BrightStor 9.01 on a Windows 2000 Sp4 server.

1-This not the complete error message paste the whole error message.
2-put the agent in debug mode and see the error appear in debug log.
3-Is this the first time you configure the agent?
