E8602 Failed to read from database Help needed?

E8602 Failed to read from database (DBNAME = personal address book. Ec= ) is the error message i am getting for the last two days. Its about lotus notes agent. There are about 200 databases. It takes backup of the most databases but the error message appeared on 40 databases today and 27 databases day before.
I have not installed or updated any product on these servers.
Have anybody experienced such problem?

I am having the same problem can someone help on this? My backup job was working fine but since last 2 months the error E8062 happened a few times and I have to reboot my lotus notes server to bring it up again.

My arcserve server is running on W2K, SP4 and the lotus notes server on W2K SP4 with client & lotus notes agent.

E8062 Failed to read from database. (DBNAME=mailfile, EC=Remote procedure call failed).
