E8602 Failed to read from database EC=302

Hi,

I've have customer which get the followin error during the backup of the information store.

E8602 Failed to read from database. (DBNAME=Information Store, EC=Backup Agent Error -- (302) "Exchange Server Error. HrBackupGetDatabaseNames failed. Check Backup Agent
Activity Log".) Information Store

Extra info:
OS = NT 4.0 sp6
Exchange 5.5 with latest service packs
Arcserve 6.61 build 834
Exchange client agent 6.61
Arcserve and Exchange are running on the same server.

Does someone know what is wrong, or what I can do to fix this problem

Good place to start is as the message says in the Exchange DB Agent log. If that don't help put it in debug, see the faq section for instructions on how to.
