E8602 Failed to read from database. (DBNAME=Individual Mailboxes...)

I'm Running NT4 SP6 , Arcserve 2000 sp3, Exchange agent.
I am getting the following error
E8602 Failed to read from database. (DBNAME=Individual Mailboxes\USERNAME\Folder)
It always gives me this error on four different users' mailbox folders .
The same ones every time , I can't see the link between them .
Has anyone any ideas ?

Could thede folders be corrupt? Try running some exchange database maintenance utilities on them and see how they go. If worse comes to worse, recreate the mailboxes and transfer the data across to each one.
