E8535 Failed to receive data from the client agent. (ADDRESS=200.1.8.1

Hello All!
i am using arcserve 12 sp1 in win2k3 os and when want to back up from sql database e8535 error occur.i read the arcserve help for this error but problem not solved.why this error occur and what is this error solution.

Check the SQL DB Agent log for details.
See the Troubleshooting section of the agent guide for instructions on how to set the agent into debug.

i checked the log files and try the ca help for fix the problem but this erroe not fix.

Well you can open an issue with CA support and they can come in remote and do the investigation work for you.

However if you want more help via the forum it is necessary for you to not only do the work but to share the results.
