E8535 failed to receive data from client agent ec=10060

I am using ArcServe 11.5 Agent on the Exchange Cluster Server.

On Windows 2003 SP1 and Exchange 2003 SP2.

Install on the Cluster Exchange Server locally drive C.
One is active and one is pastive.
Only one instance is running.


Windows Agent
OFO Agent
Exchange Agent
Exchange Premium agent

When backup document level, it have get this error.

E8535 failed to receive data from client agent ec=10060

Any solutions?

i had the same problem an found that article:

i changed the regvalue and a first test makes me smile. if it really works i can tell on monday!
