I am using a Compaq StorageWorks 20/40gb DAT DDS4 tape autoloader
Arcserve 2000 SP4 on Windows 2000 server
I switched the drive to alternate power supply. The message is as follows that I still get:

E6951 The voltage supply to the library exceeds specifications. There is a potential problem with the power supply of failure of a redundant power supply.

Anyone have any suggestions or ideas how to fix?
