E6911 scsi error - Reentrancy error

I am using arcserve 6.1, recently the following messaged has appeared E6911 scsi error - Reentrancy error ** (00) No Sense **. The back seems to be working. Does anybody have any ideas as to what is causing the meassage and how to resolve it.

Are you running NetWare and what SP have you applied? If so, are you running SP2 for Arcserve 6.1? If not, get it from the link below:

Have you add/modify devices on your SCSI bus? Or have you add/ change SCSI adapters onto the server? If it was working fine and the probelm start to pop up recently I will think this is the direction of your investigation.

I've manage to resolve the above error by rebooting the the netware server.
