E6802 Failed to read from database

I'm still getting this error on most mailboxes when backing up using arcserve 6.6..

I've tried reinstalling the backup agent but still no joy.

The only other options i have is to reinstall arcserve itself or try upgrading to 2000..

If anyone knows of anything else i can try that would be great.

Upgrading would be your best bet...

However, what is the error code ??
