We are getting the E6616 error messsagewhen i eject the tape. It appears any time the eject button is pushed. Compaq PL3000 server with 20/40 GB DAT and Arcserve 6.6 SP4 for Netware. Have contacted CA support and they say it is hardware. Have contacted Compaq, they had me run diagnostics, which ran successfully so they say hardware is ok. I'm not happy with either CA or Compaq. Can anyone shed any light on this problem?
