E6300 SCSI Port-Error in Windows NT[ABSL:2050 CMD A5h]

Hi, I'm from germany.

I hope somebody can solve my problem.
Hardware: Tanderberg Autoloader SLR50, new cables,
AHA 2940U2w(scsi-card)newest driver

Problem:
I get this message in the activity log sometimes when I took a new tape in the loader, after I make inventury in the device manager, after erasing a tape

Make sure the driver for SCSI is the one CERTIFIED with Arcserve.

Make sure the ONLY thing on the SCSI bus with the autoload is THE AUTOLOADER - no other tape or disk or cdroms.
