E6096 Media Error

Hi,

im have ArcServe V9 with a IBM 4560SLX tape library. Last night i obtained a E6096 - Media Error with a E3719 and a E3712... i just dont know what to do with those errors..

can someone help me!!

how many jobs are you running when you get the error.. Do the backups even start??
