E450 + RAID Card + can I create h/w raid1 for my boot disk

Hello there

I have a E450 with the following config

CPU # 1
MEM # 1gb
RAID CARD # Sun StorEdge SRC/P Intelligent SCSI RAID Contorller (dpt)
DISK # 2 * 9.1GB SCSI
4 * 36.GB SCSI
OS # Solaris 7

can I create hardware raid-1 using 2*9.1GB scsi so that i can load my os to this mirrored disk ?

how do I create the raid-1 (2*9.1gb) before installing sun os ??

can I add the driver for raid-card during the installation of sun os ???

please help
