We have had failures that said the simm was bad when the motherboard slot for the simm was bad I tried to remain child-like, all I acheived was childish.

Is the default DIMM position in correctly BANK? And is it in the correctly memory riser assembly slot? Boot only with RAM in Slot 0 and riser assembly slot 0. If does this not works, test with the other DIMM's on the same slot.

Locate an empty bank of four DIMM slots (two on the main logic board and two on the memory riser assembly).
Fill DIMM banks in this order: bank 1, bank 2, bank 3. Bank 0 is the default DIMM position for DIMMs installed at the factory.

Install two DIMMs on the memory riser assembly and two
DIMMs on the main logic board.
Insert the DIMMs one at a time.

Each DIMM bank being used must contain four DIMMs of
equal density (for example, four 64-Mbyte DIMMs) to function
properly. Do not mix DIMM densities in any single bank.
