E4101 EC=-2013 and rdsadm.exe

Running ArcServe 2000 on a W2K Server, received the error message E4101 with Error Code -2013. We want to keep an extended database so it is set to prune after 365 days.

The error code refers to rdsadm.exe to set more sessions. However, I'm not sure how to respond to the Raima Server login and how to adjust the settings.
