We are using ArcServe 6.5 on NT.
The log file always logs this error message "E3841 Unable to find session number ..." And it's always on the same session number 6. At first it just logs the error, continues, and completes the backup. Now (after a few months) it logs the error, stops the backup, and give a "Incomplete" status.
Has anyone experience this problem before? Any ideas are greatly appreciated!
