E3801 Invalid Session Header Signature

Hi, there:

I am using Arcserve2000 on a NT4 backup server. When I tried to restore data, I received this error message "E3801 Invalid Session Header Signature" Also, when I check the log from NT envent viewer, there is error message "'Computer Associates Licensing -3IMV - License
Failure. Terminating... Please run the appropriate
license program to properly license your product.
LRF=3IMV, 0003476b577e, PC_686_1_447, ARCSERVE, 0'" I don't know if these two message are related or not. I just register my license online. License should not be an issue here. Please help!

Try a cleaning tape in the drive. I found that running a weekly clean removed the "E3801 Invalid Session Header Signature" messages. Hope this helps!

You need to run the Register IT program and enter your registration key where it asks. This will clear the licence errors.
