E3714 Media is not in place

Hi all,

I am using Arcserve 2000 with sp4( build 1100). I schedule a midnight backup of my server. During the backup, it pormpt this error code E3714. I am puzzled because I am able to do a backup in the day. I checked there are no processes running in the night.
Please advice. Thanks
