I have noticed while powering on my E3500s that the yellow maintenance (wrench) light blinks in prom level on both the front panel and on the clock board. I usually had auto-boot? set to yes so I never really noticed what the light configuration is supposed to be at prom level. The E3500 documentation says it should have one steady green for the power, no light for the wrench and a blinking green. Once the boot command is issued the server boots up as normal and the lights look as they should. Is there a problem?
