E3453 EC=NOT ENOUGH SERVER MEMORY

Help! I had to do a restore from one of our ARCServe servers that was actually from a backup job in another ARCServe server we have. We are running 11.1. I merged the database and proceded with the restore. Everything seemed to be going along fine, but the job showed incomplete. I looked at the error and the full string is as follows:

E3453
Unable to write stream data. (FILE=(file name), ID=1, EC=NOT ENOUGH SERVER MEMORY)

Can someone tell me what this means. I have looked in the user guide, searched the CA website and the internet and can't find out what I can do to fix this.
