Last time I changed all the settings because I had errors with the arcserve back up. Most off the jobs are running good. but I still have 3 servers with a problem. The error is e3406 lock violation on .xls, .mdb and . nsf files
In the services change the Logon account for ARCServe job engine to This account and give the username & password of the account you have logged into the server in the Logon Tab of that service.
