E3406 Lock Violation 1

Hi,

Last time I changed all the settings because I had errors with the arcserve back up. Most off the jobs are running good. but I still have 3 servers with a problem. The error is e3406 lock violation on .xls, .mdb and . nsf files

Any Help?

In the services change the Logon account for ARCServe job engine to This account and give the username & password of the account you have logged into the server in the Logon Tab of that service.
Modify the backup job and in the backup options you will have the Retry Tab . There choose Use Lock mode if deny write fails. DatabaseBaba...
