E3123 error

Can anyone help.

I am getting a

E3123 failed to login to TSA on server ....

when backing up a Novell 4.11 server using the agent from a ArcServe 2000 running on Windows 2000 server.

It continues the backup but the message appears each time

Any suggestions?
