E3073/W3073 LOGON FAILURE

When attempting a restore from tape via 'restore from tree' get the following of two error messages Either :E3073 Unable to logon as user, user =Administrator,EC=Logon Failure or W3073 Unable to logon as user, user =Administrator,EC=Logon Failure .
The restore is then cancelled. I am using Arcserve 6.5 on Win 2000 server.

If your using your domain administrator account put your domain name before the account name seperated by a slash: DOMAIN\Administrator
