E3039 Failed to locate file when doing Compare/Verify 1

I just installed ARCserveIT 6.6 with all latest patches onto a NW 4.11 w/SP8a machine. Backups work fine, but, I get the above error on just about every file when, at the conclusion of the, it does the Compare or Verify.

I was told that this is a rights issue, but, I installed the product as Admin, and, I'm logging in as Admin to use it.

I get permission error on dbaexch backup yet I am logged on as exchange administrator. Any clues?
