E3011 Failed to open file

I am getting this error message during every single autopilot backup we do. The full error is... "E3011 Failed to open file SYS:\Private\, fffdfff2" This private directory never existed on the SYS volume. I can't imagine where it is getting this from. I tried to modify the job, but it is not selected, so I can't deselect it.

Has anyone ever seen this? Any help or insight is appreciated!

Deselect and the reselect the specific volume in the source tab of your backup job and then resubmit it. See if the message disappears
