E2K3 Resource Calendar Fee/Busy hash marks

Hello,
I have searched the forums but no solution to this issue: I set up a Conference Room Resource as per kb 291646, and still have only hash marks for the resource's free/busy info when booking an appt. Tried running the Outlook /cleanfreebusy, does not work. even tried setting perms for default to owner, no help. Any other ideas?

Running E2K3SP1 & OL2003
