E24020 Error

Hello,
We have a HP server with 512 MB of RAM with Netware 5.1 sp2. Arcserve is reporting a TAPEALERT E24020 Unable to Allocate Memory, cannot send Alert error on the console screen. The server shows plenty of memory available in the cache buffers. We have 66% cache buffers free. Does anyone have any idea's? It is Arcserve 6.6 sp4 with the Groupwise Agent.
