E220R general fault LED

Does anyone know what controls (off/on) the general fault LED on a E220R?

If you have two power supplies and one fails or is removed then the general fault LED illuminates. Upon repair/re-installation the LED goes off. The prtdiag and messages files never receive any info.

I know the picld isn't supported on the E220R so that is probably the reason for the messages file and the prtdiag file not getting updated.

But I would like to know what actually turns off the fault LED.
