Guys, HELP!!!!!!!

I'm seeing E121500 errors on my recorders. I know this is to do with a failure to observe a call, but there is no reason why it should fail.

I know that you can't observe a non acd phone, but these are on call centre phones.

any clues?

It's not getting any smarter out there. You have to come to terms with stupidity, and make it work for you.

found out why.....

We have 32 ports licensed on our emulation logger but we are currently only using 24 (we ran out of acd licenses on our m1..)

Now the nice engineer configured them in the logger def, and although they are disabled in the monitor tool the logger still tries to use them. This causes the error.

what fun......
