E1058 Arcserve 6.1 error Netware 4.11 server

I need some help, I'm running Arcserve 6.1 on a netware 4.11 server and have received the following error (E1058 Failed to read from media-No data detected). I only receive this error during the compare of a full backup which I run once a week but not every time I run a full backup and I never receive it when running a differential which I run during the week. I thought it was the batch of tapes that I was using because I received several data read errors on two of my other servers but I haven't received any other errors on any of my other servers in a while and I received this error again with a different batch of tapes does anyone have any ideas?
