E1/T1 PRI chassis - MSDL bouncing

Any ideas on this?? We just got our Nortel loadwares upgraded (finally running CAM08 on our MGCs) and this E1/T1 chassis was added about a month ago - been having trouble with it - we replaced all the hardware and the cable!!
I was thinking a vintage issue but it all appears to be AAE5 (here they are):

Chassis (made in Isreal) - NTDW77AAE5 03

MGC NTDW98AAE5 Rls 3

E1/T1 PRI NTDW70AAE5 Rls 2

My final thought is it could be something with heartbeat since we get the MSDL 102 polling error ...

Thanks BigIndian I can try that ... we are on production so would that be an afterhours command? Not sure what FDL is.

DLIF DCH xx FDL Force download a PRI interface table.

It is possible that it hasn't been done yet

we do a twist of that on PRI Gtwy, but I cant find it, it includes the MGC slot
enl msdl xx xx xx fdl, or something like that, I'll try and find it

Yeah it looks to me that the DChannel is having issues:
We are nearly 100% certain it is setup properly with the carrier as we specifically went to them to find out the proper settings. It always seems to be that slot 48 0 4 is the trouble-maker so perhaps we will try that command on it! Thanks BigIndian! I will certainly post if it fixes the issue or if we need more help!

DCH1009 PRI reported DCHI is out-of-service.

Yes my engineer just told me that he tried that already, so he is going to put a loopback in as the next step and see what happens. Any other ideas?

Your DCH will not establish on a loop back. Only the Layer 1 alarms will clear. You will get a RELEASE WRONG MODE Message most likely.
