E1 R2 not displaying calling party number

Hi all,

I got multiples E1 R2 Trunks. 2 of them are set for a certain range of incoming numbers and those 2 trunks are not requesting the calling party no. to the operator.
I wonder where can this setting be changed?

What is the issue? no caller id inbound? cannot dial out?

I guess that means the operators does not see something from your site?
