E1 Line on IPO Manager

Hello everybody,
On my IPO conf. i got a Pri trunk E1 with 32 channels but for incoming call all of these 32 channels are route on one group with 4 users (100,101,102,103) and also these 32 channels are use for outgoing call,that it seems to incorrect...
Could someone tell me how set it up to reserve a part of line for incoming call and set the rest for outgoing call ?

I'm not really sure what exact options are available in the lone configuration. The are options to set how many incoming and /or outgoing calls are allowed. You could also try to set the line type to ETSI-CHI. Then you can set an incoming and outgoing trunk group for every channel. I didn't ever try it the way you want. Only for a customer where to companies share one PRI. One uses 10 channels and the other one uses 20 channels. But that is configured on the provider's end, too.
